2022, Lulu 2017 hvor François Rousset-Martin arbejder medLulu is a pure expression of Gamay d'Auvergne, grown on approximately 80 year old vines in Auvergne. The wine is vinified with spontaneous fermentation and long skin contact (150 days semi carbonic) in amphora and matured for 12 months in neutral oak barrels unfiltered and without added sulfur, created with maximum respect for terroir and nature.
