Barone Pizzini Bagnadore Franciacorta Riserva 2015 Non Dosato At Cerbaiona they harvested fromOne of the best bottles from Franciacorta! Chardonnay 70%, pinot nero 30%. The grapes for Bagnadore come from the single field Roccolo, 250 meters above sea level. On the 3. 9 ha, the more than 30 year old vines benefit from the benefits of a climate mitigated by the surrounding forests. Healthy temperature variation between day and night gives the place a rich biodiversity. This riserva is only made in small quantities and only in top vintages.
