The chinato is not spiced with wormwood as vermouth but instead bark of cinchona
cherries and black pepper
This is then blended with a Quince Kefir and Jasmine Tea
From the same terroir as the Cuvée "Les Pucelles"
2024, BlouZe Tenuta Grillo Asinoi is made with soft"Nicolas and Karine Mirouze created the ""ouze"" line of wines as a way of making, fun easy to drink ""vins de soif"" from their biodynamic farm in the south of France. The wines are all naturally vinified with a light touch and minimal added sulfur. Blouze (pronounced Blues), is a mashup of Blanc and Mirouze.
